 About me
My name is Gemma Mason and I work as a therapist and trainer from my private practice in Wiltshire. I have specialist knowledge in working with the following issues;

- Work related stress
- Anxiety Disorders
- Mental Health issues

Prior to this I worked as an occupational therapist within the National Health Service and with the following client groups;
- Dementia and psychiatry of old age
- Work rehabilitation with adults with enduring Mental health problems
- Psycho-somatic disorders
- General Medicine and geriatrics
I have a special interest in providing therapeutic interventions over the Internet. I use the term therapy to cover both counselling and psychotherapy, please refer to individual web pages for further information.
My therapeutic approach is an integrative approach drawing on elements of Transactional Analysis, psychodynamic, CBT and person centred theories of counselling and psychotherapy.
