Gemstone Consultancy:

My name is Gemma Mason and I work as a therapist, offering counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and groups. I am able to offer short or long term work and work from bases in Trowbridge and Devizes.

You may be considering therapy for a current issue or one that has occurred from events in your past. Counselling and psychotherapy is primarily about personal development and you do not necessarily need to be in a personal crisis to commence this journey. It could be that you just want things to be different.

I have worked as a therapist for other 10 years and have gained experience in the following areas;

I treat all of my clients with equal respect regardless of their race, creed, sexual orientation, religion or disability. I will keep all treatment notes in a secure location and will only share it with a third party with your consent. There are however certain scenarios where I am legally obliged to disclose information. If these should arise I will aim to discuss them with you prior to disclosure.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Institute of Transactional Analysis. In my work I abide by both organisation's code of Professional ethics.

Security.

My Internet Service Provider (ISP) has ensured me that they aim to provide a secure service. Neither my ISP nor I can guarantee 100% security.

E-mail is however one of the safest ways to transfer information, if you have any concerns please discuss them with me.

Payment.

Payment for face-to-face work can be made either weekly or monthly.
